Mass Effect Multiplayer: Lets Save the Galaxy Together!

A chill ran down my spine when I heard there was going to be multiplayer in Mass Effect 3. After losing too many hours to the demo I am anxious to announce that the multiplayer is the best decision Bioware could have made. It feels and plays like the single player campaign, minus the power wheel, plus you can be an ALIEN! How the game works is pretty much the horde mode from Gears of War, so it felt familiar. All the classes are available and with the purchase of “booster packs” that you buy from the store with credits you are given for playing. In these “booster packs” are all sorts of things, ranging from character customization to new race/class combos to new weapons and ammo.

There are three difficulty levels; bronze, silver, and gold. While playing bronze I felt invincible, so I tried a silver match, and I had a big ol' piece of humble pie. Not going to lie, I do have some problems with it as is. I haven’t figured out how to change the key bindings for your powers and the controls are a little clunky, but nothing out of the norm with the Mass Effect series. I also would have like a few more polygons and higher res textures, but it has been said that there will be higher res options for the textures come release for PC players.
